Drake Circus and The Barcode gear up for indoor dining reopening

Drake Circus and The Barcode are getting ready for the next stage of their reopening, following the Government’s announcement that the country can enter into Step 3 of its roadmap out of lockdown.

From Monday 17 May, restaurants at Drake Circus and The Barcode such as Nando’s, Five Guys, Zizzi, as well as the popular new addition BrewDog, will be reopening indoor dining.

A dark drama based on the true story of the mysterious, unidentified serial killer who terrorised Victorian London. Combining theories of the killer, with a steampunk adaptation, in style, music and ulitimate motive, This is a production by a nationally award-winning theatre and film company, of local actors and creatives, bringing a whole new adaptation of this tale, to the stage.

This show does contain violent scenes, and descriptions of wounds. It does not contain bad language.

Inspired by the work of Luke Fowler, you will be creating environments in motion. Making screens from all sorts of unusual materials you will work with artist Tabatha Andrews to alter the shape of the space. Together you can then project light, drawings and film footage across the studio and with the addition of blowing fans, create a huge moving collage.
