Child arrests in Devon and Cornwall fall

Arrests of children by Devon and Cornwall Police have fallen by 64 per cent in the last four years, data obtained by the Howard League for Penal Reform reveal today (Monday 23 November).

Research by the charity has found that the number of arrests in Devon and Cornwall dropped from 4,132 in 2010 to 1,470 in 2014.
