High Court rejects Colyton Parish’s attempt to overturn creation of Colyford Parish

The High Court has refused Colyton Parish Council’s case to contest the governance review that created Colyford Parish Council.

Colyford is set to get its own parish council, made up of seven members, after East Devon District Council (EDDC) signed off proposals.
