Expanding law firm takes on new director and head of litigation
Niche law specialist Bertram Fairbanks providing advice on corporate, commercial, and property law, announces the appointment of Robert Scott as a director and head of litigation.

A civil and commercial litigation solicitor Robert qualified in 1991 having obtained an honours degree in law from Kingston Upon Thames and professional qualifications gained at the College of Law – Guildford, before going on to work with a number of law firms across Devon. Specialising in civil and commercial litigation for over 30 years, Robert has helped resolve a wide range of disputes working with business clients as well as private individuals conducting matters at mediation and arbitration.
