Wish you were elsewhere?

If you are dreaming of sandy white beaches with blue skies, historical cities or far-flung exotic locations but don’t know how to get there, help is available at Crownhill Library on Wednesday 6 March.

Anthony Goord from Peter Goord Travel will be dropping in at 6pm to talk about holiday destinations as well as provide independent information and advice on how to plan the perfect trip.

Europe Direct Plymouth will also be on hand with hints and tips on how to travel safely abroad and free refreshments will be served.

Sue Mills, Community Librarian at Crownhill Library said: “We are delighted that Anthony is supporting us with this event. All our libraries have a good selection of travel books as well as online travel resources, which are popular with our customers, but very often people need expert help on where and when to go. Anthony will be able to talk about different destinations and give independent and informed travel advice.
