Created and produced by Queen’s Roger Taylor, the Queen Extravaganza returns to the UK to play a special tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of Queen’s iconic album, ‘A Night At The Opera’, long viewed as one of the greatest rock albums of all time, which produced such classic tracks as, ‘You’re My Best Friend’, “Love of My Life”, Taylor’s own “I’m In Love With My Car”, as well as the band’s legendary “Bohemian Rhapsody”.

The 90-minute show, which kicks off in Plymouth on 28th October and tours the UK for dates across the country ending at London’s Eventim Apollo on 20th November, features Queen’s classic hits and some surprises for the true fans.

The Queen Extravaganza, produced by Roger Taylor with fellow Queen band member Brian May, is specially designed to enable new fans, together with fans of old, to celebrate the music of Queen and has already played over 160 dates across the world and made appearances on TV on shows such as American Idol where the performance was seen by over 20 million people.

“We like to think of it as a rock celebration in the Royal tradition," says Roger Taylor.

For their UK dates later this year, The Queen Extravaganza will perform the entire ‘A Night At the Opera’ in full, plus a selection of many of Queen’s greatest hits.

“I’m incredibly proud of these guys and it’s going to be a nostalgic and stunning night out for anyone who goes along,” says Taylor.

Capturing the fabled design and excitement of Queen’s legendary live performances, the late great Mark Fisher created the staging and production elements for The Queen Extravaganza.

The May-Taylor hand picked line-up of The Queen Extravaganza band is: vocalist Marc Martel; guitarist Nick Radcliffe; bassist Francois-Olivier Doyon; drummer Tyler Warren; and keyboardist Darren Reeves.
