Superhero Family Day at Exeter Racecourse on Sunday, March 22 promises to be one of the best free days out for children this Easter holiday with a programme packed full of free activities, not to mention super horse racing to enjoy. These warriors of our galaxy can take part in running races on the actual racecourse, have their faces painted and test their climbing skills on the high-ropes course. For those wanting to learn more about the sport of horse racing, there’s a behind-the-scenes tour, and question-and-answer session with the sport’s very own heroes, the  jockeys, and a chance to grab their autographs too. Gates open at 11.50am for this fiesta of heroes, heroines and horses, with the first race off at 1.50pm. Two adults tickets cost just £15 if pre-booked and under-18s race FREE.
