Police in Plymouth have launched an investigation following a fire at a property in Plymouth in which the owners then received a hate-filled letter.

Opening date revealed for new coach station

Plymouth’s new coach station will open on Thursday 8 September.

Contractor SWH Civils is making good progress on the construction project off Mayflower Street which will replace the old 1950s coach station at Bretonside.

Summer of Colour

The exhibition Summer of Colour featuring artists Jackie Gale and Doug Hinge will be at The Art Source contemporary gallery in Plymouth.

The show will take place from 6 to the 29 August 2016.

The opportunity to watch Jackie at work will be available on 6 and 7 August 11am to 4pm. Children will also be able to have a go at creating some art.

You will also be able to watch Doug Hinge at work on the 13 and 14 August 11am to 4pm, with children given the opportunity to grab a paintbrush and try out their skills.
