Man found dead in car in Bretonside

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man’s body was found on the back seat of a car in Plymouth.

A member of the public reported the discovery of the 44-year-old local man’s body to police at around 2.10pm on Tuesday 10 May.

A dog was also found on the front seat of the red Nissan Juke that was parked outside The Swallow pub at Bretonside.
