Taxi driver assaulted in Plymouth

Police investigating an assault on a taxi driver in Plymouth have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

On Monday 4 May at 2.45am, a man is alleged to have hit a taxi driver, in his 60s, in the face in Premier Stores on Mutley Plain Lane.

He is then reported to have kicked the car after becoming verbally aggressive.

Officers believe the man pictured may be able to assist with their enquiries.
