Slim Chickens is coming to Drake Circus
Slim Chickens is set to open its new branch at Drake Circus in the next few months.
Located on the upper mall, the popular quick-service restaurant will offer a selection of dishes, including chicken wraps, sandwiches and salads as well as a variety of side plates from mac and cheese to Texas toast.
Handspan milkshakes and a selection of 14 sauces are also available when visitors enjoy a sit-down dining experience, service through its kiosk or take advantage of its takeaway delivery option.
Slim Chickens will provide the local community with the ultimate Southern American experience, and once open, the chain will also offer a variety of discounts through its app.
A spokesperson from The Boparan Restaurant Group said: “On behalf of everyone at BRG we would like to thank KK Restaurants SW Ltd for their development of three sites in the South West, and we are very excited to further expand the Slim Chickens brand across the region with our new store opening in Drake Circus, Plymouth.”
Noah Wright, Franchise Owner at Slim Chickens added: "We'll be bringing something totally unique to the Plymouth food market - grab yourself a cold beer and some fresh buttermilk marinated chicken tenders, 14 house dipping sauces to choose from, all whilst watching your favourite sports on the TV.”

Creating over 50 new jobs for the local community, the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 11am – 8:30pm.
Slim Chickens will join a range of other leisure operators and restaurants at Drake Circus and The Barcode including Yo! Sushi, Bubble CiTea, Kapas’s, Cineworld, BrewDog, Boom Battle Bar, Nando’s, Five Guys, Cosy Club, Zizzi and Las Iguanas.
