Police still hunting Tommy Small for breach of prison release licence

Police in Plymouth are still seeking a 22-year-old man who is wanted for a recall to prison.

Tommy Small from Plymouth is currently sought by police for breaching the conditions of his licence following his release from prison for a conviction for GBH in 2011.

Small is described as around 5ft 2ins tall with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black top and a pair of jogging bottoms.

Small is believed to have links to the Stonehouse and Devonport areas of Plymouth and Camborne in Cornwall.

Officers are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to ascertain his whereabouts and intend to arrest and return him to prison when he is located.
