Ex-Armed Forces personnel and their family members are invited to drop in for a brew at the new Help for Heroes cafés across Devon.

These cafés enable the local Armed Forces community to come together, meet new people and find out what support is available from Help for Heroes.

The charity is determined to get more people across Devon the help they need, whenever or wherever they served in the military.

The next free Help for Heroes café is open on Wednesday, 3 April (1.30pm), at Cranford Sports Club, Exmouth (EX8 2EQ).

The following week, on Thursday, 11 April (10.30am), the café moves to Barnstaple RFC, Pottington Road, (EX31 1JH), before rolling up again a week later, on Wednesday, 17 April (10am), at Paignton RFC, Queen’s Park (TQ4 6AT).

Its final stopping-off point for the month is at Wolseley Trust, Plymouth (PL2 3BY), on Friday, 19 April (10am).
