Get to the front! Job done

Plymouth Pavilions, in association with Skills Group, are very excited to have launched a brand new experience at the city centre venue for gig goers. Pavilions Priority is an all new upgrade experience that customers can purchase to be guaranteed a place on that hallowed turf of the front row at standing gigs!

The Priority experience, with its tag line of ‘Get to the front. Job done’ really does what it says on the tin. Customers are permitted early entry to the venue ahead of all other customers, given their own dedicated Priority area complete with bar and complimentary cloakroom facilities and bottles of water; and then when the all clear comes from backstage, they are escorted by staff into the Arena before anyone else is allowed entry.

Pavilions Marketing Manager, Dawn Sloggett, commented: “We are all very excited about the new Priority experience and really pleased that Skills Group is supporting us with this. We know that offering our customers the chance to get to the front without the hassle of queuing all day in the rain, and then braving the free-for-all once the Arena doors open will be very appealing to fans. We’ve structured the upgrade package so that customers not only get Priority access, but they also get to add something that little bit special to their evening.”

Skills Group, a locally-based, independent training provider, is working in association with Plymouth Pavilions to deliver the new Pavilions Priority experience. The company is a leading provider of Apprenticeships across the region, and one of the very few recognised by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’.

Skills Group Managing Director, Mark Boulting, said: “Skills Group is delighted to be working with Plymouth Pavilions to offer gig goers this new Priority experience. Ensuring that our clients, whether they’re apprentices or businesses, always receive VIP treatment is at the heart of everything we do - so supporting this initiative was an easy decision.”

Priority launched in time for the sold out John Newman gig back in October, and feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive.
