Drake Circus partners with Pryzm to deliver Plymouth's biggest student shopping event

This Wednesday (20th September), Drake Circus and The Barcode will be partnering with local nightclub Pryzm to welcome students to the city with an exclusive shopping event to start the new uni year with a bang.

From 6:30-8:30pm, students throughout Plymouth and beyond will be able to enjoy major deals and discounts across their favourite brands including JD Sports, Slim Chickens and New Look.

Pryzm’s resident club DJ Billy Hannah will be bringing the party vibes throughout the evening, with exclusive event goody bags also up for grabs for the first 200 students through the door.

Several of the bags will contain golden ticket items, including a set of tickets to a show of the winner’s choice at Plymouth Pavilions and free entry to Pryzm for life. And every bag contains a pair of tickets to a game at local rugby club, Plymouth Albion, and plenty more freebies and discounts courtesy of Drake Circus. Students will also be able to spin-the-wheel for further prizes and take part in Pryzm’s Shopping Trolley Giveaway for the chance to win £100 worth of groceries.

There will also be face painting sessions for students looking to add that extra glitter to their outfits, with voluntary donations all going to Plymouth Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
