Established in 1996, Devon Community Foundation is a unique organisation, privileged to be working alongside people who are motivated by wanting to make a difference across Devon. They use their knowledge of local needs and the voluntary sector to manage high impact distribution of funds designed to achieve sustainable outcomes, awarding financial support on behalf of their Fund holders and donors, which enable local people to achieve inspiring change in their communities.

Recent donations include: Churches, Parish Halls, Street Pastors and Pre Schools to name but a few, in total they have distributed over £11 Million to 3789 causes since their formation.

Devon Freemasons Leader Ian Kingsbury and Charity Steward Reuben Ayres handed over a cheque for £7,500 bringing the order’s recent donations to nearly £60,000.

Ian Kingsbury said “It’s a great pleasure once again to donate money to such a key organisation in Devon who do so much protecting the vulnerable and our local communities”.

Martha Wilkinson, Chief Executive replied: “The Devon Freemasons have been great friends and supporters of Devon Community Foundation for many years. Once again we owe a huge thankyou to them on behalf of the many extraordinary local groups and organisations that will benefit and those people in need of the support they give”.
