Appeal for witnesses following burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a Tavistock bakery.

Offenders got inside Ellis Bakery in West Street by climbing onto a flat roof and then forcing open a first floor window.

The property was searched before the burglars escaped with cash, some of which was bagged in money bags.

Police are seeking information about the offence which happened between 7pm on Saturday 11 January and 7pm the next day.
