Westward Ho! and Bideford Art Society Annual Open Exhibition returns to The Burton

Opening on 1 April 2023, the Westward Ho! and Bideford Art Society Annual Open Exhibition remains a highlight of the arts calendar in North Devon. Featuring the work of established and well-known artists from the local area alongside that of up and coming artists, this year’s exhibition promises to be as fresh, vibrant and visually stunning as ever.

The Ken Doughty prize for excellence – in commemoration of the Society’s past president - will be awarded to an outstanding artwork chosen from the exhibition. Ken Doughty served as chairman from 1993 and president from 2002. The winner will be announced before the opening of the exhibition.

The Annual Open Exhibition will be on show at The Burton from 1 April until 14 May 2023. Admission is free.
