Don’t let the kids get grizzly this October half-term – head to your nearest library for some bear-faced fun.

Families are invited to go on a bear hunt to unearth some furry interesting facts, enjoy favourite stories of loveable bears such as Winnie the Pooh and Paddington.

Youngsters can get their paws dirty and make a bear mask or teddy bears’ picnic basket to take away with them and on Halloween, Crownhill Library is hosting a special bear-themed pumpkin craft session.

There will also be lots of bear-y special books to borrow and share at home.
