Bruton Knowles’ Plymouth office is aiming for a hat-trick of deals on the Kingswood Court Business park in South Brent, Dartmoor.

Mark Slade from the Lockyer Street firm has let Unit 8, has an offer on the table for Unit 9 and has been instructed to let Unit 10.

He said: “South Brent is a large village on the southern edge of Dartmoor but it does have good access to the A38 Devon Expressway.”

The modern warehouse/industrial units on site average 1,580 sq ft and offer flexible working space easily adaptable to office or workshop use.

“It’s also a very relaxing, naturally beautiful area to work, with the added benefits of being so close to Plymouth.”

In addition to the leasehold market, Bruton Knowles have recently acquired the long leasehold interest of Unit 1 Kingswood Court for a local operator, Make Food Great for in excess of £340,000.
