Police have released the image of a man they wish to identify, following reports of racial abuse in Greenbank Avenue, St Judes in Plymouth.
It is alleged that two men were near the Plymouth Islamic Education Trust at 00.45am on Sunday 12th June 2016 and subjected a number of the members, including women and children to racial abuse as they left the premises.
