The Family Law Company has been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s national Family Law Awards.
In the individual categories, Donna Hart has been shortlisted for Family Law Chartered Legal Executive or Paralegal of the Year, with the company as a whole up for a gong in the Family Law Regional Firm of the Year – South category.

The short animation, produced by Exeter video specialist Bitpod, is entitled ‘How to get divorced in three simple steps’ and aims to help those who know little or nothing of the divorce process.
The divorce and finance team at The Family Law Company in Plymouth has received a boost with the appointment of experienced solicitor, Anne Shears.
Anne, who grew up in Saltash, gained a degree in Law and German at Cardiff University before joining a Plymouth practice as a trainee in 2005. After qualifying, she started in conveyancing, moving then to specialise in family law.
