Appeal after dog's body dumped in Plympton

THE RSPCA is appealing for information after the body of a dead dog was found in a bag in Plympton.

The RSPCA was called by a member of the public who had made the upsetting discovery in the Ridgeway on Thursday (8 June) at 7.40pm.

It is unknown what happened to the dog or how she came to be dumped in the carrier bag so the animal welfare charity is asking the public to help...
