Police are appealing to the public to help find a vulnerable missing 46-year-old man.

Richard Wayne Wilson went missing from his address in Eastville, Bristol on Monday 6 January.

A search in Bristol so far has been negative and it is possible he has travelled to Plymouth. He usually travels by train and tends to favour guest houses or bed and breakfasts.

Richard is described as a white man, 6 ft 2 in tall, heavy build with short spikey grey hair. He usually wears trainers and cream coloured trousers.

Police would like Richard to contact them. Anyone spotting Richard should not approach him but contact police immediately.

Anyone able to help is asked to contact Devon and Cornwall police on the force number 101, quoting log number 439 11/01/2014

Alternatively call the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org

Crimestoppers will never ask for your name or trace your call.
