Our NHS and national healthcare providers are on the front-line fighting COVID 19, from A&E departments, doctors, nurses and paramedics through to porters, cleaners and catering staff - they’re all pulling together to help saves – our lives! But they need our help.

If you, your friends, and or neighbours know of someone who is working in healthcare – now is the time to offer the hand of friendship.

What does this mean? Well, it can be as simple as doing some shopping, preparing an evening meal or offering a lift to work.

It’s good to be kind so please, ask around or check your local social media forums and news pages and see if there are any local health workers who may like some help. We are still only at the beginning of this crisis, so we need to make sure these lifesavers stay strong.

Ask now, see what they need and lets all pull together.
