Dementia experts from Plymouth University and further afield have joined forces to present a series of lectures focussing on aspects of dementia care.

Supported by Plymouth University, Health Education South West and the NIHR Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care South West Peninsula (CLAHRC SWP/PenCLAHRC), the lecture series is open to members of the public and health care professionals, and will cover topics such as: dementia care policy; technology and dementia; occupational therapy and dementia; the South Devon Dementia Learning Community; neuropsychology and dementia; and advances in drug therapies for dementia.

The lectures will take place in the Robbins Lecture Theatre, Plymouth University, on 17th and 24th February, and 3rd and 10th March.

The lectures are free of charge, and those wishing to attend can book a place by emailing dementiaseminar@plymouth.ac.uk.
