Bibium, the industry leader in providing coffee solutions to offices and the hospitality sector, has today launched an online review site where commercial consumers can browse, learn, review and purchase coffee machines.

Run by husband and wife team Wyatt and Grace Cavalier, the new offering is based on the TripAdvisor model and will allow customers to sort, search and filter over 600 different commercial coffee machines to find the one that's exactly right for them. They'll then be matched with up to four hand-picked vendors who will provide easy-to-understand quotes. Thousands of independent reviews -- of both the machines and vendors -- will give customers the confidence to make the right decision.

The new service will cut out the nuisance of browsing online to find the best coffee machine suppliers and, ultimately, save time by having all the highest-quality products in one place.

Wyatt said: “We’re really excited about this new service for commercial consumers in the hospitality industry, as well as offices. Essentially, the new website will be the first port of call for all those wanting to seek the right coffee machine for their business.

“Visitors to the website will only be a few clicks away from finding the best solutions for the field they work in. In that sense, we cut out the middle man of having to search for what could be hours spent online trying to find the right machines.”

Once a purchase is made, customers are encouraged to revisit the website and leave an honest review of the product to ensure a more trustworthy and transparent service is offered.

Grace said: “As the ex-brand director at TripAdvisor, I’m confident a similar model for coffee machines will be successful. Whether it’s a café in Cornwall or an office in Oswestry, the new website will help deliver fast, bespoke results that match the user’s specific needs.”

As well as being the industry experts in commercial coffee machines, the six-year-old company, based in Plymouth, also produces its own ethically-sourced Fairtrade coffee.

All the beans in its Underdog Coffee brand are sourced ethically, roasted locally and priced fairly, so both suppliers and clients receive a fair deal.
