Bill's announces Plymouth opening date

On Monday 27th November Bill’s Restaurants will open their first outlet in Plymouth at Drake Circus.

The much loved casual dining restaurant will be serving wholesome, seasonal dishes through from breakfast to dinner and comforting drinks, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every occasion.

Bills joins over 70 top brands at Drake Circus including great places to dine and get grub on the go including Yo Sushi, Costa, Starbuck, M&S Café, Eighty Two Coffe Co in Next, American Fruity, Fuel Juice and Krispy Kreme.

Greg Lumley, Drake Circus Centre Director said “We are thrilled to welcome Bill’s to Plymouth. The restaurant features a variety of seating from booths to larger sharing tables, with a capacity for 183 covers in total, including 159 covers inside and 24 in the outside seating area. Whether guests are looking to relax on a cold Autumn evening or dine outside on a sunny day, they will be looked after whatever the weather.

Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of tasty dishes from Bill’s brand new autumn menu, including Braised Lamb Shank with parsley, mint and lemon gremolata, mustard mash, kale and red wine gravy; Oven Roasted Ginger & Sesame Cauliflower Steak, with toasted fregola, roasted cherry tomatoes and rich vegetable gravy; and Rustic Butternut Squash Stew with chargrilled red peppers and onions, freekeh grain, kale and toasted pistachios. New desserts on the menu include winter warmers Coconut and Orange Rice Brulée & Plum and Apple Crumble with salted caramel ice cream.

Bill’s menu also includes a wide range of unique Autumnal cocktails including Orange Old Fashioned, Hedgerow Fizz with Prosecco, elderflower and frozen blackberry, and PIMM’S Spiced Autumn Punch. A wide variety of quality house drinks are also on offer and include Bill's London Dry Gin, made exclusively for the restaurant, plus quality house wines, Bill’s house Champagne and Bill's Beer, Bill's IPA and Bill's Cider.
