Children’s Sushi Classes at Drake Circus

This week, as part of the activities surrounding Flavourfest, Drake Circus in partnership with Yo Sushi is offering children the chance to take part in Sushi Rolling with the Mini Ninjas Sushi School at Yo Sushi.

As a special offer during Flavourfest from Friday 14th – Sunday 16th August, for just £2.50 per child (aged 6-10 years and normal price £10), parents can drop children to Yo Sushi on the first floor in Drake Circus where they can learn how to make the food they love and get hands on with the ingredients. Children will learn how rice, fish and nori seaweed are used to make sushi before having even more fun learning how to roll with it! After the lesson children can then enjoy eating the sushi they’ve made.

Not just for kids, Yo Sushi also offers adult classes with a 2-3 hour adult’s course offering the chance for adults to learn how sushi is made and to have a go at making Inside Out Rolls and Makis. Adult classes are priced at £30 per person and £50 for two people.
