Happy Days Nursery team take on Plymouth 10k for Childrens’ Charity

A team of nursery practitioners and nursery management from Happy Days Nursery, Derriford, all took part in the Plymouth 10k on Sunday 6th October.

The course which stretched out across 6.1 miles of Plymouth Centre was undertaken by 2,600 runners and watch by thousands of supporters.

The team from the Derriford nursery ran in aid of the Derriford Children’s Cancer Fund and have so far raised over £625 with more monies expected.

The team of runners were Emer Ryan; Helen Boulden; Sarah Bickle; Beth Taylor; Ashdon White; Kim Johns and Hilary Keeley.

The nursery look forward to presenting the hospital with a cheque at the end of the month.
