New phase launched at Plymouth development
A second phase of construction is underway at a popular development in Plymouth.
Building work is in full swing at Persimmon Homes Cornwall’s development in Derriford, known as Palmerston Heights (postcode PL6 5WR).
When complete, the scheme will consist of 132 properties. Already 48 homes have been completed and all of those properties are occupied.
Due to the strong demand, Persimmon Homes has now started work on its second phase of work, which will consist of a further 51 houses.

It is a three storey, Wolvesey style property with four bedrooms, a dining/family room, a kitchen/breakfast room, a large living room and an ensuite master bedroom.

As part of the development, Persimmon Homes Cornwall has built the new state-of-the-art St Matthew's Church of England primary school, which opened last year.
Persimmon has also contributed towards a new link road between Forder Valley and Brest Road, creating a new route between Derriford and the A38 and creating vital extra capacity on the road network.
