At Right Hand HR we feel passionately that your people management solutions should be as unique as your business, so we take time to get to know you in order to be able to recommend the best solutions for your issues and challenges.

Our knowledge of your business also enables us to be pro-active and recommend HR best-practice that we think would help you achieve your business goals. It all starts with a meeting, which is why we are giving local businesses the opportunity to come and meet us and have 20 minutes of free advice.

We launch our new 1:1 clinics today (16th September) but don’t worry if you are not able to attend: you will be able to meet our South West Team every month from now on, either at the Regus offices, Exeter Business Park, 1 Emperor Way, Exeter, EX1 3QS or Teignbridge Business Centre, Cavalier Road, Heathfield, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6TZ. Clinics run between 12 noon and 2pm.

We advise that you book to avoid disappointment but you can also just turn up on the day.  Your local contacts are Nicki Bidgood and Hannah Gibson-Patel.

Nicki joined Right Hand HR in May 2015 and has worked in the HR field for 10 years, having worked in the professional services, finance, construction and manufacturing sectors.  She has a wealth of experience in HR and in particular in Employee Engagement, Change Management, Performance, Leadership and Management. Nicki lives locally in Newton Abbot and is the Secretary at Torquay Chamber of Commerce and runs her very own Twitter hour @newtonabbothour.

Hannah has worked as a HR Consultant with the Company, in the South West office, for over 10 years and has over 15 years’ experience within HR. Hannah heads up the services for the South West region, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of her own clients from manufacturing organisations to charities, estate agents, finance providers and design companies. Hannah’s wide range of professional experience together with her commercial focus enables her to effectively switch between providing remote advice and guidance to ad hoc project support and on-site support, including management of an internal HR function.

Although our clinics are new, we have been, and will continue to run our FREE monthly webinars on HR related topics, as well as our annual Roadshows.
We are also keen to contribute to the HR profession locally, as we recognise that not only do we operate in an ever-changing employment landscape as HR practitioners, but it can be a lonely profession when having to manage employee relations on a daily basis.

Westcountry HR was started by Nicki three years ago, and as well as connecting with other professionals through the Linked-In group ‘Westcountry HR’, we also arrange quarterly networking meetings, which include input from some great speakers.  This quarter’s meeting will be held from 8.30am - 10am at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, Exeter and will feature an interactive presentation from Gail Bennett from Peopletopia, an Employee Engagement specialist who will be speaking on “Maintaining Engagement whilst going through Change”.

As you can see there’s plenty of opportunity to connect with us face to face or by telephone, email and social media so why not make that call today, or put a date in the diary to connect with us?
